1. Services

WebKid ("we", "us", "our") provides custom website design, web application development, landing page creation, and UI/UX architecture services. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Project Scope & Deliverables

• All project scopes are agreed upon in writing before development begins.
• Revisions are included as specified in your plan (Starter: 3 rounds, Growth: 5 rounds, Pro: unlimited during build).
• Additional features or pages beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

3. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance is required before work begins.
• The remaining 50% is due upon project completion, before the website goes live.
• All prices are as quoted and do not include domain registration or third-party service costs unless explicitly stated.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the final website design and code delivered to you. We retain the right to showcase the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Timeline & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines (5-14 days depending on plan) assume timely client feedback. Delays in providing content, assets, or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

6. Support & Maintenance

Post-launch support is included as specified in your plan (Starter: 1 month, Growth: 3 months, Pro: 6 months priority support). After the support period, maintenance can be arranged separately.

7. Limitation of Liability

WebKid is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or websites we build. Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific project.

8. Website Usage

By using the webkid.me website, you agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or use automated tools to scrape content without permission.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
